JOB OPPORTUNITY: SALES AGENTS
Location: All DS Solar Branches Countrywide
DS Solar, a leading provider of solar power solutions across Zambia, is looking to recruit motivated and results-driven Sales Agents to join our growing team across all branches.Local business directory
Key Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales and marketing (solar or related industry is an added advantage) and Grade 12 certificate
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the local area and market is an advantage
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Actively prospect for new customers within the branch locality
• Conduct outdoor and field sales activities, including door-to-door and point-of-sale marketing
• Promote and sell DS Solar products and solutions
• Educate customers on solar solutions and benefits
• Maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients
• Achieve set sales targets and submit regular sales activity reports
• Represent DS Solar professionally at all times
Remuneration
• Competitive commission-based salary
